Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund apart from service charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 working days
Service Charge: €50 for credit card transactions
Prerequisites: Must be submitted in written form via electronic mail or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the entire charter cost
Processing Duration: 7-10 working days
Service Charge: €25 deducted from the refund
Requirements: A credible reason needed; administrative costs incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No reimbursement available
Exception: Consideration given to emergency situations
Alternative: Possible offer of charter credit at the discretion of the management
Requirements: Proof required for emergency claims
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Our number one priority is safety. Should the weather be assessed as hazardous for charter operations by our certified captain, we present various alternatives:
- Complete Refund: Full reimbursement if rescheduling isn’t a possibility
- Rescheduling: Postpone your charter to an upcoming available slot at no further charge
- Charter Credit: Acquire a voucher valid for one year from the initial charter date
Weather Evaluation Procedure
We perform the following checks as part of our weather evaluation:
- Evaluating wind strength and course
- Analyzing sea condition and wave stature
- Forecasting clarity and likelihood of precipitation
- Alerts and advisories from the Coast Guard
- Safety assessment by a professional captain
Decision Lead Time: Resolutions on weather cancellations are made at most 4 hours ahead of the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We are cognizant that medical crises can arise unexpectedly. The following incidents may warrant special consideration:
- Sudden ailment or wound necessitating hospital admission
- Demise within the immediate family circle
- Conscription to military duty or urgent recall
- Jury summons or legal subpoena
- Catastrophes impacting travel
Evidence Requirements
For consideration of emergency refund appeals, the following proof is necessary:
- Medical attestations or hospital records
- Notice of death (if relevant)
- Official military commands
- Legal summoning or jury duty notice
- State advisories or calamity declarations
Procedure: Emergency reimbursements are finalized within 3-5 business days upon validation of adequate proof.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Failures
If the vessel assigned to you encounters unresolvable mechanical issues:
- Alternate Vessel: We'll strive to arrange a similar replacement
- Complete Refund: Issued if an equivalent is not available
- Partial Reimbursement: Provided if the alternative has a different fee
- Compensation: Extra recompense may be extended for the inconvenience
Crew Non-availability
In the unlikely case of unavailability of certified crew:
- An alternative crew will be arranged when feasible
- Full reimbursement if the charter cannot proceed
- Chance to reschedule without extra cost
Refund Processing
Payment Technique
Reimbursements will be carried out using the initial booking payment method:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

€50 charge for cancellations above 72 hours in advance
Bank Transfer Operations
€25 charge for all bank transfer reimbursements
International Transactions
Supplementary charges could apply for overseas dealings
Charter Credits
Credit Issuance Instances
Charter credits might be proposed instead of reimbursements under certain conditions:
- Last-minute annulments (below 24 hours notice)
- Cancellations due to weather conditions
- Voluntary alterations to booking schedule
- Disruptions in operations
Credit Stipulations
- Effectiveness: Active for one year post issue
- Transferability: Not transferable to third parties
- Monetary Value: Equivalent to the full charter rate (exempt from service fees)
- Utilization: May be applied towards any available charter
- Expiry: No prolongation past one year
Partial Service Reimbursements
Service Disruptions
If your charter experience is disrupted or cut short by factors within our control:
- Refund rationed based on the part of service unutilized
- Voucher for a future charter of the same value
- Gratuitous services or preferred selections
Interruptions Caused By Guests
If a charter concludes prematurely due to guest behavior or safety concerns:
- No compensation for the unspent portion
- Total charge still applicable
- Possibility of extra fees
Contesting Refunds
Should you hold divergent views regarding a refund disposition, you can:
- Solicit an appraisal from our management board
- Present supplemental evidence or proof
- Explore solutions via consumer support agencies
- Engage in legal action as permitted by law

Our representatives will respond to your request within a day, weigh it against this policy, communicate a determination within two days, and carry out endorsed refunds within the specified times.
Critical Information
- Refund applications are required to be in written form
- Reimbursements are done in €, regardless of the booking currency
- Purchasing travel insurance is highly advised
- This document may be altered with a notice period of 30 days
- Refunds are subject to relevant taxes and statutory provisions
